Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data BladeRods (Pablo David Rodas Figueredo, Salto, Buenos Aires, Argentina) processes in the Washfy and Suscripthor Services, why, and what your rights are. Contact: hola@bladerods.com.

1. Data we process

• Account data: name, email, phone number, business name and details.
• Information you enter: clients, vehicles, jobs, bookings, payments, fees, staff and messages. For this data we act as a processor on behalf of the business that enters it.
• Payment data: processed by Mercado Pago (Argentina) or Lemon Squeezy (other countries). We never see or store card details.
• Usage data: technical logs (IP address, approximate country, browser type, errors) to run, secure and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service and support.
• To send Service notifications (for example, that a car is ready or a fee is due), always at the request of the business or the user.
• To bill the subscription and issue receipts.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud.

We do not sell personal data. On our marketing pages (not inside the apps) we use the Meta pixel to measure the results of our ads.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to operate: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery (Resend), maps and weather (OpenStreetMap, Open-Meteo), payments (Mercado Pago, Lemon Squeezy), ad measurement (Meta) and, if the business turns on the messaging assistant, an AI provider (Anthropic) that only receives the conversation in order to reply. Some of them store data outside Argentina, with appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention

For as long as the account is active. If you close it, we delete the information within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (for example, billing records).

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by emailing hola@bladerods.com. In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority under Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and handles complaints.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections, protected passwords and restricted database access. No system is perfect, but if we detect an issue affecting your data we will let you know.

7. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will notify you by email or inside the app.
